Comfortable room, friendly staff, great shower with high water pressure and hot water, which made our stay quite enjoyable, especially after exploring the city and utilizing the hotel's convenient amenities like the fitness center and indoor swimming pool.

I want to highlight how friendly the front desk staff was during our stay, and it was super convenient being just a short walk from the nearby Czech and Slovak Educational Center and Cultural Museum, perfect for soaking up the local culture while enjoying city strolls and park views. If you're traveling solo like I was, the studio queen suite is a cozy space that lets you unwind after a long day of exploring, but the mattress could use some improvement for a really restful night.

Staff members were generally friendly and tried to be helpful. However, housekeeping didn't come in to clean, and I had to repeatedly request fresh towels. The carpets in the hallway felt worn and were visibly dirty at times. Also, there were some annoying maintenance issues, like the broken telephone and TV remote in our room. It seems like the furniture needs a good refresh too. it was quite worn out. Overall, while there were enjoyable aspects, more attention to maintenance and housekeeping would improve the experience significantly.
